NEUROLEADERSHIP, 8 KEYS THAT WILL HELP YOU BECOME A BETTER LEADER

Neuroview is an assessment based on neuroscience that measures 8 key areas of leadership practice that are proven to promote the trust and commitment that are essential to the construction of high performance equipment.

Dr. Paul Zak has spent more than 10 years identifying the biological basis of trust and commitment. The key ingredient is Oxytocin, a chemical substance capable of activating trust and generating commitment in the individual.

Through his research, Dr. Zak has shown that the more oxytocin the human body produces, the more empathy we feel toward others and that there are 8 behavioral factors that, when put into practice, generate an increase in oxytocin and therefore an increase in the trust and commitment in our collaborators, team etc.
